Quality assurance

1. After the equipment debugging is completed, the electrical system is guaranteed to be under normal control; the piping system is strictly checked to ensure air tightness, and the components are tightly connected without oil leakage and gas leakage.

2. For all products sold by our company, customers will enjoy a 12-month warranty period, which starts from the date when the product is qualified for commissioning.

3. If the fault occurs during the warranty period, if it is caused by product quality, our company provides free door-to-door service (Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai); if the fault is not caused by quality reasons, our company only charges the cost (travel expenses are actually reimbursed; accessories, cost price replacement ).

4. After the warranty period, regular return visits and maintenance will be implemented to customers, and paid services will be provided for life.
